Explanation :

• An error occurred in the disc pick sequence

Remedy :

• Auto Loader Operation Check.
  • Check that there are no foreign objects in the route of the auto loader.
• Make the following adjustments.
  • Arm Rotation HP Adjustment
  • Arm Stacker Position Adjustment
  • Drive Position Adjustment
  • Disc Pick Position Adjustment
• Check the following parts for dirt or damage. Clean or replace them if necessary.
  • Lift HP detector
  • Lift mid-position detector
  • Rotation HP detector
  • Stacker position detector
  • Disc detector
  • Arm shaft (also check lubrication)
  • Timing belt (also check its tension)
  • Disc pick solenoid
  • Lift motor
  • Rotation motor
  • Loader board
  • LPS board
  • Pick Rubbers (loss or damage)
• Check if each motor/detector is properly connected to the A/L relay board. Also check the cables for damage.
