Description :

• Release mismatch error

Explanation :

• Multiple discs were fed to the printer tray at a time.Releasing a disc to the printer tray failed.

Remedy :

• Check if multi-feed has occurred.
  • Are there multiple discs on the printer tray?
  • Are the discs in Stacker 1 and Stacker 2 sticking to each other?
• Make the following adjustments.
  • Arm Rotation HP adjustment
  • Disc Pick Position adjustment
• Check the followings parts for dirt, damage or abnormal operation. Replace them if necessary.
  • Kick lever
  • Disc Support Pins on the printer tray
  • Lift HP Detector
  • Timing Belt (also check its tension)
