PF motor overcurrent

This message appears and printer is stopped when current outside the required value is detected in the PF motor drive circuit of the C362DRV Board during PF motor rotation or when the current that must be supplied exceeds the required value.

• Check Points:
  • PF motor resistance measurement.
  • Visually check for cause (damage,dirt) of poor sensor reading at Scale,PF.
  • Visually check for PF motor harness shorts to frame.
• Solution:
  • Replace the PF motor.
  • Replace the C362DRV board.
