CR motor encoder check error

This message appears and printer is stopped when the encoder pulse signal is not input at the required interval at power on initialization or during CR motor operation.

• Check Points
  • No dirt or foreign objects (dust,etc.) on CR encoder or Scale,CR.
  • No abnormality with CR timing belt and proper tension of the belt.
  • No unusual loads on grid roller rotation.
  • CR motor resistance measurement.
  • Perform encoder check with self-diagnostic program.
  • Harness connections are correct and no shorts or wire disruptions.
• Solution
  • Replace the CR encoder sensor.
  • Replace the CR encoder.
  • Replace the C362DRV board.
