This message appears and printer is stopped when the home position cannot be detected at home position detection time during power on initialization or during printing or when the position cannot be detected within a set time.
- Check Points:
- Is sensor operating properly?
- Is there damage due to foreign objects on the sensor?
- Solution:
- Replace the C362DRV board.
- Replace the CR_HP detection sensor.
