<- BackCR motor over heat (PWM output malfunction)
This message appears and printer is stopped when current above required value is applied during CR motor driving. This mode generates an abnormal load level not reaching the out of tune condition 00010005 for CR motor system, so the motor speed is detected as slow (by encoder detection) and current is increased to raise the motor speed. In short, the message appears to prevent overheating of the CR motor.
- Check CR motor rotation load (manual check).
- Check CR motor resistance measurement.
- Check CR following pulley damage or wear.
- Check CR unit bearing damage or wear.
- Check CR rail upper run damage (gashes).
- Check Steel belt tension.
- Replace the CR motor
- Replace the C362DRV board
