PF motor over heat (PWM output malfunction)

This message appears and printer is stopped when current above required value is applied during PF motor driving. This mode generates an abnormal load level not reaching the out of tune condition 00010001 for PF motor system, so the motor speed is detected as slow (by encoder detection) and current is increased to raise the motor speed. In short, the message appears to prevent overheating of the PF motor.

• Check PF motor resistance measurement.
• Check PF motor rotation load (manual check).
• Check PF roller rotation load.
• Replace the PF motor.
• Replace the C362DRV board.
