This message appears and printer is stopped when shutter home position is not detected within required time at power on initialization or at paper suction fan shutter open/close during print start/completion.
Check that shutter origin sensor is normal. Normalizing shutter motor. Replace C362DRV Board. In addition, if shutter motor has failed due to short, replace the board at the same time.
