CSIC card read/write error

This message appears and printer is stopped when writing cannot be done by using data when information from the cartridge CSIC is used or latest ink information for CSIC is being written at power on/off, I/C cover open/close or at print completion of single pages.

• Check Points:
  • CSIC contacts are poor (properly form CSIC connector contacts/replace holder assembly IC).
  • CSIC Board has failed (replace ink cartridge).
• Solution:
  • Replace the C362DRV board.
  • Replace the CSIC board.
