<- BackInk supply defective (MAGENTA)
This message appears and printer is stopped when ink count is less than 95% when ink end is detected by the liquid surface sensor inside the printhead sub-tank at power on initialization or ink supply.
- Replace the corresponding color ink cartridge for the cartridge shown to be empty.
- Replace the corresponding color solenoid for the I/H valve solenoid that will not go on.
- Replace the printhead for the printhead with a failed ink surface sensor.
- Replace the C362DRV board.
